POLICIES

SCHEDULING: Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will help you make the most of your visit by recommending and scheduling the perfect spa and salon experience for you. A credit card is required at the time of booking in order to reserve your appointment. To receive priority booking, we recommend that you schedule your next service prior to leaving MOXY.

GRATUITIES: They are not included in any services. We feel that the decision to extend gratuity should be a result of the client experience, and left to the client's discretion. Gratuity envelopes will be given upon request at the front desk. Gratuities are not accepted on credit cards.

PUNCTUALITY: To ensure enjoyment of a relaxing spa experience, please plan to arrive at MOXY 30 minutes prior to your first scheduled service. This will allow time to update your Client Profile, change into your robe, relax, and enjoy refreshments before your treatments begin. You may also wish to shower prior to your treatment. If you arrive late, every attempt will be made to accommodate you, but time may not permit for you to enjoy your full service.

SPA AMENITIES: MOXY provides men's and women's changing rooms, showers, spa robes, sandals, towels and grooming essentials; as well as a comfortable lounge to relax in before and after your service, and where you can enjoy complimentary refreshments which are served to every guest.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES: All Services at Moxy must be reserved with a Visa or Mastercard number. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of services reserved. Failure to provide notice of cancellation will result in a charge of 100% of services reserved.

GROUP & MULTIPLE SERVICES: When booking group or multiple services, a 20% deposit will be charged to your credit card 48 hours prior to your service day. At this time we will also confirm your appointments and the charge to your credit card.

STAFF SELECTION/CHANGES: If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served with another staff member - or if you would just like a fresh point of view - please let us know. Our staff functions as a team and will be happy to accommodate you.

PRICES: All prices are subject to change without notice.

CREDIT CARDS: We accept Visa and Mastercard. Gratuities are not accepted on credit cards.

FOR YOUR PROTECTION: We provide lockers, however, we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing, accessories and jewelry. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointments. On spa days please leave your jewelry at home.

GIFT CERTIFICATES: MOXY Gift Cards are available by phone and at our reception desk. Unlike most items, a MOXY Gift Card cannot be returned once it has been purchased.

CHILDREN: We love children and they are welcome to receive services at Moxy, however if they are not receiving a service they are not permitted to accompany you to the salon or spa.
