• Exfoliate well the night before coming in for your appointment
• Don't moisturize the day of your treatment as it will impede the tanning solution from penetrating the skin
• Wear loose, dark-colored clothing to your appointment
• Do not shower until the next day, 24 hours is optimal for best results
• Moisturize twice daily following your first shower after treatment
